Elf (Electronic Forms System) is designed to track, monitor and simplify all of your public health data collection needs. Elf allows you to customize the ‘look and feel” of your manual data collection system. By entering information in Elf, you are able to analyze and react to the data as it is being collected. Elf offers a rapid method of data collection and review.

KIPHS, Inc. uses Mi-Co developed Mi-Forms to provide the base functionality of Elf mobile data collection system. Along with Mi-Forms, KIPHS, Inc. has added the ability to import and export XML formatted data from and to the software program of your choice.
