6.0.3 CHANGES/ENHANCEMENTS

When a phone number is entered for a client when the appointment is scheduled on AS-05 and client’s family record has no address, an address record is now created with the phone number.

When an appointment date was changed the day was not displaying correctly - this has been fixed.

The Disability field label has been changed to Disability/Special Needs for additional use in recording Children with Special Needs for Kansas CVR data.

Preference to “Print last saved by on encounter” was not printing correctly on the encounter form - this has been fixed.

Billing

Private Insurance Billing Detail (BL-84) screen was missing left/right scroll bar at the bottom of the screen - this has been fixed.

Sedgwick County only - when single or multiple lab results are recorded, the system will default the lab tech and site selected to the next lab results entry screen.

System-wide preference has been added to “Show Quote of the Day on Main Menu”. When the check-box for this preference is de-selected, the Quote of the Day will not display on the main menu.

Client Services by Age Race and Sex report was not limiting the report to the procedure group selected - this has been fixed.

Calendar Profile Maintenance

AM/PM display fixed.

Error message “No Client Register Record is Available” when you print a sample encounter form for a clinic has been fixed.

When a procedure was set-up as a multi-antigen and the PHClinic procedure code was changed, Multi-Antigen components were deleted - this has been fixed.

Medicaid/Medicare/Private Time frames would not allow an effective date to be before today’s date - this has been changed to allow begin date on time frames to be before the PC date.

Program Specific Date is now available to programs other than FP for recording NDC numbers. Require PSD when committed check-box is now available for selection on the procedure record if the procedure is owned by programs other then IM and FP. When selected and the owning program is other than IM, the user is able to select or enter an NDC Number at encounter processing.

Diagnosis table query was not working - this has been fixed.

Vaccine Source column was missing on the Lot Detail Accounting browser - this has been fixed.

Vaccine Labels in Lot Detail Accounting now display the Avery Label # 5167
